When does service time start and end?
Service time begins at pet pick-up and ends when your pet is safely dropped off.
Where does mileage start from?
Mileage is calculated from our home base in Canton, Mississippi.
Do you stay with my pet/s the entire time?
Yes! We stay with your pet for the duration of the booked service, unless grooming coordination is selected.
Can add-on services be booked without the base package?
Yes. Add-on services may be booked on their own or paired with The Guest of Honor Package.
How does grooming coordination work?
We handle drop-off and pick-up from your chosen groomer. Service time applies during travel and wait time, and the client is responsible for paying the groomer directly.
